After the intake visit and the appropriate process fees is paid, the case manager will arrange the mediation conference and our neutrals will facilitate the discussion as the parties work to find a solution to the problem.

Steps in a typical Pro-se divorce mediation with RM&A INC 

• One party contacts Resolute Mediation. A case manager will contact the opposing party and coordinate the conference.
• Parties complete information worksheets which include their needs and wants and submit the documents to us.
• Parties attend the mediation session(s). The parties are in control of the decision making process and the duration of the conference.
• Through helpful communication patterns and experience, the mediator helps the parties come to an agreement. The mediator reduces the agreement to writing and can also assist the parties in completing the Florida Supreme Court approved forms needed for dissolution of marriage.
• The parties file all forms and agreements and wait for a hearing date to be set by the court.
