Guno Ritfeld is a Commisioned Officer with the US Armed Forces and has served in combat operations. He has a strong background in leadership and counseling.
Guno is one of the founders of RM&A Inc. He has earned a BA in Psychology / Education and curently a law student with Kaplan-Concord Lawschool .
He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family and County mediator and serves as a County mediator at the Orange County courthouse.
He has also served as a memeber of on the City of Orlando Certification Appeals Board and Chapter 57 Discrimination board.
In addition he is also a trained arbitrator and an assistant County Mediation Trainer and has received extensive training in Pro-Se divorce Mediation (Divorce without an attorney).
Guno has been licensed as a private investigator since 1989 in the state of Florida. His investigative experience includes insurance claims, workman comp claims, auto accidents, white-collar crimes, intellectual properties, corporate loss prevention, and other complex issues.
Some other related training and experiences: Title VI and VII Discrimination, Arbitration training, Landlord -Tenant disputes, General Contractual Disputes, conflict management and peer mediation.
