Jerry has a strong background in the legal area for over 15 years and over 10 years in the government sector. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a county and family mediator in the state of Florida. Jerry is also a trained arbitrator. He has been very active as a mediator for the Orange County Courthouse for many years, helping to settle disputes in the following areas: business transactions, landlord-tenant, credit cards, automobile services, real estate, employment disputes*, home owner's associations, and education.
He has handled other disputes concerning customers and companies before they go to trial. He is certified by the University of Central Florida as a mediator and has been trained to mediate cases concerning conflicts at Universities. He is certified by the University of South Florida as a mediator specializing in employment disputes and holds a certification by the Justice Center of Atlanta as a specialist mediator in education.
