Natalie Certo
Certified Family Mediator, M.A. in Conflict Resolution

Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is also a Certified Supreme Court Family Mediator. 

She is also a volunteer mediator for UCF and a volunteer for the Community Service Center of Winter Park.  While living in Charlotte, Natalie worked for the American Arbitration Association as their Regional Liaison.
