Natalie Smith, Certified Family & County Mediator, M.A. in Conflict Resolution
Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication and a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is also a Florida Certified Supreme Court Family & County Mediator.
She has also completed Florida's Arbitration Training and offers various Online Interactive Learning classes for RM&A, Inc.
Natalie has previously been a volunteer mediator for UCF's Dispute Resolution Services office. Prior to moving to Florida in 2008, Natalie worked for the American Arbitration Association as their Regional Liaison helping to facilitate mediation and arbitration panels.
