MEDIATION & ARBITRATION SERVICE RATES
Mediation and Arbitration Rates:
Intake Fee: There is a one time $100.00 intake fee which covers costs associated with sending notices, conference coordination and other related costs. The entire amount is applied towards the total cost of the case.
Mediation & Arbitration Hourly Rate: $125.00 per party. 
- Half day - four (4) hours $895.00
- Full day - eight (8) hours $1795.00
Arbitration fees:
The Arbitration administrative fees will be charged at the hourly rate, or the prearranged fees set prior to the conferences.
Dissolution of Marriage Florida Supreme Court approved Form packet completion:
- Divorcing couples needing help with approved forms from a non-attorney, without property and no children: $250.00 per person, or $500.00 per couple, without a mediation session.
- Divorcing couples needing help with approved forms from a non-attorney with property and children: $480.00 per person, or $960 per couple, without a mediation session.
Full Dissolution of Marriage Mediation Packet: $1,800.00 (8 hours total)
- Includes up to four (4) hours mediation
- One (1) hour for review, signing and notarization of documents
- Complete settlement agreement (property, assets and liabilities, alimony, visitation / time sharing, and special circumstances)
- Completion of required Dissolution of Marriage forms
- Child support calculation guidelines
Location of conference
All parties are notified of the time and location where the mediation session will be held. Mediations and Arbitrations are typically held at our office at 121 South Orange Ave., Ste 1500, Orlando, FL 32801 at a time convenient to all parties.
Fees do not include court required filing fees.
RM&A Inc. holds the right to make changes to the aforementioned rates as appropriate.
