Resolute Mediation & Arbitration was founded in 2005.
Goal: RM&A Inc. goal is to aid the parties in resolving conflict in a cost-effective manner, while providing our clients with comparable dispute resolution services. We believe that the parties who own the dispute know more about the issues at hand, hence should be the deciding parties.
After hearing many litigants' complaints, concerning lengthy and costly litigation process, the founder saw the need for a center staffed with neutral, impartial experts dedicated solely to the practice of dispute resolution.
The Model: RM&A Inc. has developed an industry model, "Exploration Problem Solving Inventory"™ (EPSI). This unique problem solving methodology creates a greater possibility of arriving at a cost effective and amicable solution than common mediation practices. The EPSI method is built on the Florida Supreme Court Guidelines for Mediation Practices. The mediator, through training and experience, is able to suggest creative, flexible, and constructive options for resolving any dispute. The parties, not the mediator make the final decision on whether to settle the dispute and the terms.
