tify key issues that directly or indirectly impact their children, and with the help of a Parenting Coordinator work to identify the best way to develop a positive parenting plan and create a positive environment for the children.

The Parenting Coordinator works directly and openly with both parents to help them to communicate more effectively and to try to avoid and/ or quickly resolve conflicts that might arise due to child related issues.
PCs and guardians “ad litem” have been used many times by the Court in cases of “high conflict” divorces and child custody cases because of the seemingly endless number of court appearances needed to resolve minor issues, which use up the Court resources as well as the parties’ resources. Most of the issues are related to child’s school problems, access to information regarding to the child’s medical status, or visitation rights issues.

The parenting Coach will make recommendation for the parents to consider and will assist the parents with creating or modifying a parenting plan.
The parties agree in advance to the terms to abide by and to the length of the service. The Parties and Parenting Coach after evaluating the progress may adjust or extend the length of time after mutual agreement.
