Nicole W. Giuliano, Esq.

Nicole W. Giuliano, Esq.

Nicole W. Giuliano is a Florida licensed attorney as well as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (County, Circuit, and Family).  She is also qualified by the Florida Supreme Court as an arbitrator.

Ms. Giuliano was born in New Jersey and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.A. 2006) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D. 2009).  She spent the beginning of her practice in Miami with a non-profit organization representing families in landlord/tenant, subsidized housing, and other real estate disputes.  She then moved to a large law firm where she primarily represented condominium and homeowners’ associations, as well as other businesses in litigation.  In 2014 she founded her own law firm where she represents business owners, associations, and individuals in various litigation.  In 2018 she returned to Orlando to be close to family.

Ms. Giuliano has worked in both the public and private sectors and now focuses her practice on alternative dispute resolution.  She is a firm believer in the mediation process and likes to see business moving again, properties back on the market, and parties moving on with their lives instead of expensive litigation.   Her background lends itself to real estate disputes (title, landlord/tenant, HOAs, escrow disputes, etc) but she also has experience mediating business, family, and employment cases.
