RMA Secure Case Portal

Authorized parties, attorneys, mediators, investigators, arbitrators, and case administrators may use this portal to access assigned case files, review notices and orders, submit filings, and manage case documents.

Active Account Required

You must have an active RMA portal account and secure login credentials before you can view a case, upload documents, receive notices, or access case materials. Case access is limited to users who have been assigned to a specific matter by RMA case administration.

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • View assigned case information and case materials.
  • Upload pleadings, responses, exhibits, evidence, and correspondence.
  • Review notices, scheduling updates, orders, and directives.
  • Download authorized documents through your secure case file.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use only your own login credentials.
  • Check your case file and email regularly.
  • Confirm every upload after submission.
  • Respond to notices, orders, and deadlines in a timely manner.

Before You Continue

  • Do not create a duplicate account unless instructed by RMA.
  • If you cannot see your case after login, contact RMA case administration.
  • Do not upload documents to the wrong matter.
  • Do not share confidential case materials with unauthorized persons.

How Portal Access Works

Receive or Create Your Account

RMA must create or approve your WordPress portal account and assign the correct case role.

Log In Securely

Sign in using your assigned username or email address and password. Do not share your credentials.

Select Your Assigned Case

Once logged in, you will only see cases assigned to your account and role.

File, Review, and Monitor

Upload documents, review notices, check orders, and monitor all deadlines and case updates.
