Arbitration Services
All arbitration matters require a filing fee. Arbitration may proceed by live hearing virtual or in-person, hourly arbitrator services, or document-only submission. Parties must agree in writing to the selected arbitration format.

- All arbitration matters require a filing fee prior to case assignment.
- Document-only arbitration requires written agreement by all parties.
- All pleadings and responses must be submitted to Case Management.
- Decisions are issued within 15 days of final document submission.
- Complex or expedited matters may require additional fees.
